At the beginning of each session, we will begin with a somatic exercise to connect us with the unique seasonal rhythms of the farm.  What we observe and experience will inspire our asana practice.

Sign up for one or for all four workshops. Part of each session will happen outside so come prepared. Please bring a water bottle, Yoga matt, a journal, farmy shoes, sun/cold protection.

AUTUMN - The season of abundance and appreciation. The days are beginning to shorten and the harvest is coming in.  We will work with "witnessing" the farm in this state. Draw connections between the soil and our own muscular-skeletal system. Root deeply so that the heart can share it's fruit. Focusing on backbends and restoratives helps us connect with ourselves and a sense of gratitude during harvest time.
