Led by Laura Winter Falk- Certified Sommelier and author of "Culinary History of the Finger Lakes"
Laura's passion for wine and food started as an undergrad at Cornell University and continued as she finished her PhD in Nutrition, founded the touring and events company Experience! The Finger Lakes and published her book The Culinary History of the Finger Lakes. Laura is also a Certified Sommelier and a wonderful partner to the Cider House.
Tickets are $55 per person and include brunch from the Cider House creperie with our cider pairings. During brunch, Laura will discuss with guests the science behind creating fabulous pairings and the history of our Finger Lakes culinary abundance starting with the Haudenosuaunee through to today's foodie culture.
