Pasture Stroll & Paired Cheese Tasting
How does grazing influence cheese quality and flavor? Northland Sheep Dairy produces raw sheep milk cheeses from 100% grass-fed ewes -- the cheeses are only made during the peak grazing season. Join Shepherd & Cheesmaker Maryrose Livingston as she leads us in flavorful journey of tasting the spring pasture on the Good Life Farm. We'll experience the aromas and flavors of fresh herbs, grasses, and wildflowers and reflect on their influence in the finished cheeses.
Cheese & Cider Pairing
We'll taste Northland's Tripletree Tomme and Black Mule Blue a la carte and reflect on the native spring pasture. Enhanced with Good Life Cider, these cheeses bring out the seasonal aromas and flavors of our native spring pastures, which are expressed through the craft of artisanal cheese making.
Cider House Supper Club Dining
Join us for the first of the series of FLX Cider House Supper Clubs, where we feature Good Life Farm food and cider, with local producers and purveyors. Guest Chef Shoshana Perrey of Liberation Supper Club will craft a poetic menu that cultivates a sense of place by telling the story of where food comes from. This Mother's Day join us for this sensory experience that highlight the artisan cheeses and pastured lamb of Northland Sheep Dairy, and delight the palate with exquisite dishes that bloom with spring flavors.
