New York is the second largest apple-producing region in the United States. The cideries in this state are doing amazing things with apples, drawing international attention and acclaim in recent years. Pair this with the Museum’s talented glassmakers, and you have the planted the seeds for a fantastic collaboration to create the perfect glass for enjoying hard cider.
