What is the Cider Club?
The Finger Lakes Cider House is a small team of makers and big dreamers. We love what we do and want to share it all with you! Signing up for the Cider Club allows you to stay connected with us.
What do you get when you join the Cider Club?
Cider Club is a way to deeply connect with us through cider, food, land and culture. Along with our steepest discounts and free monthly flights, you’ll also get access to exclusive member only events and special cider releases from our Cider Library. Your deep discount applies both online and in-store.
What's the difference?
You can choose between a steady stream of cider through the year with one of our Quarterly Cider Clubs (3 or 6 bottles/quarter) to pick up at the Cider House OR ship cider to your doorstep! Both clubs get first hand access to events, library ciders, pre-releases ciders & ciders that are made specifically for club members.

QUARTERLY CLUB - 3 BOTTLES
- Receive 3 hand-picked ciders 4 times a year
- $55/quarter (4 times a year)
- Choose between receiving DRY (only dry) or MIXED (dry & sweet) clubs
- Access to library ciders & pre-released ciders before anyone else!
- Commitment of 1 year
- 20% off ciders online or in our farm store
- 10% off everything else in our farm store
- 2 FREE half flights OR 1 FREE full flight OR 2 FREE cider glasses once a month
- Access to all programs at the FLCH (weekly music and pasture-raised BBQ, tours, & events)
- Shipping and tax not included in price. Shipping can be FREE with orders of $109+
- Invite to all quarterly pick up parties
- Orders of $109+ gets FREE Shipping.
- No cancellation fee after completing 4 releases. This is a rolling membership. *$55 early cancellation fee if cancelled prior to completing 4 quarters.

Cider Club FAQs
What carrier do you use to ship my cider?
We work with UPS.
What if I miss UPS and my shipment?
After 3 attempts UPS will return the order to sender. Fees will be incurred by customer.
To prevent returns, we advise to:
- Select a UPS Access Point at checkout (held 5 days), or
- Use UPS MyChoice to modify delivery after first attempt
- For clubs, set the default shipping address to a UPS Access Point.
How to cancel
We love sharing our love of cider with you but also understand a need to cancel the memerbship.
TO CANCEL: please email us at ciderclub@fingerlakesciderhouse.com to request a cancellation. This is the only way to cancel the club membership.
Pick Up and Pick Up Party
All pick up information and pick up party info is availabe in the club release email. This email gets you all the information for that particular release.
There are links to update your account, add to your order and more.

How do I sign up for the Pick Up Party?
Please check the club release email for a link to a private, members only page so you can sign up for the party.
All club parties require a reservation through that link. Whether the eevent is paid or free, reservations are needed.
How do I get in contact?
The fastest way to get ahold of us concerning your memerbship or order is via emails to ciderclub@fingerlakesciderhouse.com.
Can I switch a cider in the release?
Usually yes, but only when emailed and pre-arranged with the Club Manager. We are happy to swtich out a cider or two but we need to confirm the cider has enough inventory, the price is similar, and to allow enough time to let our staff know to expect the change for your order. Thank you for your understanding!
