Events & Tours Refund Policy
Should the Finger Lakes Cider House needs to cancel, a full refund will be issued.
Should you need to cancel please email via events@fingerlakesciderhouse.com.
100% of the reservation is refunded if cancellation occurs 48 hours or more prior to the event.
50% refund will be given if cancellation occurs 24-48 hours of the event.
No refund if cancellations occurs within 24 tours of start time or no email notification of cancellation occurs.
